Welcome to jetitokbali.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Nasrom Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services and Bookings
The Company facilitates travel arrangements, including but not limited to ferry ticketing, island tour packages, and river cruises. All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by the Company. A booking is only deemed accepted upon the issuance of a booking confirmation or ticket.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment must be remitted prior to the provision of any services unless a credit facility has been explicitly authorized in writing by the Company. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to applicable taxes, duties, and levies imposed by the Government of Malaysia.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated to the Company in writing. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with the specific cancellation policy of the purchased package or ticket. The Company reserves the right to impose administrative or cancellation fees. Non-appearance (no-show) on the date of departure shall result in forfeiture of the total payment.
4. Passenger Obligations and Conduct
It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to possess all necessary and valid travel documents (e.g., MyKad, passport, permits). Passengers must adhere strictly to the scheduled departure times at Jeti Tok Bali. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the passenger's failure to comply with these requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. The Company assumes no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure events, including acts of God, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or governmental actions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Nasrom Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, vary, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
